How can I place an order?

We make it easy for you. You can use the search engine on our main page by entering the name of what you are looking for or you can use our filters that you will find on the left side of the website to adjust what you need as much as possible. You can also browse our category menu. When you find the item, you are looking for, select the size, if applicable, click the Add to cart button and you can see the list of the items you have added. You can make as many changes as you want, such as changing the quantity of an item or deleting an item from the cart. If you want to continue shopping, click on the Continue Shopping button. If you already have everything in the cart and want to place the order then click on the Finish Order button. If it is your first purchase, you must fill out the form with all your data to be able to deliver the order correctly. If you are already a customer and you are registered, you will only have to click on the Login button indicating username and password. Select the shipping method and then the payment method you prefer. If everything is correct, it will appear on the screen that the order has been placed and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

Which countries do you send the articles to?

To the entire European community! But you should keep in mind that some of our brands are not allowed to be shipped to some particular countries.

Are the shipping costs free?

In Spain, shipments are free on purchases over 100 Orders with amounts less than € 100 have shipping costs of € 7.90.

Euro Zone, shipments will be free on purchases over € 100. In lower amounts, € 18 will be charged for shipping costs.

Can I receive an order in 48h?

Yes! You have the option to receive a product in 48h.

Do I have to pay anything when I receive my order?

All expenses will be indicated in your shopping cart before finalizing the order and will also include shipping costs. IMPORTANT: For shipments to areas that have some additional expenses for customs and taxes, these must be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise.

How do I know what my size is?

Can I return a product?

Of course! You have a period of 15 days to make a return or exchange from the moment you receive your order.

For returns in Spain you can choose between taking your package to a collection point or having a carrier pick it up at the address you provide.

If you decide that your return is collected at the address you choose, you will not have to print anything, just have the package ready for when they come to get it. This service has a cost and the subscription time ranges between 5 and 10 working days.

Below, we detail the steps to follow to carry out a return with each of the methods:

Returns at the collection point in Spain:

Prepare the package

  • Prepare the items to be returned, without prior use, with their original packaging and labeling.

  • Use the same package that you received in your order or a similar one, so that the original packaging is protected and not damaged.

Packaging conditions.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labelling. In no case will we accept a product that has been used by the customer or with the original packaging deteriorated.

Management of the return and refund of money

  • Once we receive the return, we will check that everything is correct and we will proceed to pay you the amount of the purchase.

  • Keep in mind that it may take between 10 and 15 working days from when you deliver the package to your Punto Pack until you receive a refund of your money.

  • We will process the payment by the same payment method of the purchase. If you have made a bank transfer, we will need you to provide us with an account number to pay you the amount to be returned.

IMPORTANT: To make a change of size or product, you must place a new order.

When will I receive my order? Can I track my order at all times?

Our transport service will send an SMS on the day of admission, informing of the delivery time in the peninsula the next day, as well as the shipping number for tracking and a link with the Flexible Delivery, in which the recipient can change:

How can I modify or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or add an item, (provided that the order is not in preparation) or modify the shipping data, please contact us quickly and provide us with your order number to be able to make the modifications as soon as possible.

What if at the time of delivery, I am absent?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a notice note so that you can contact the courier office and you can agree on a second delivery. Normally it will be for the next day, although the time slot will be determined by the carrier. You will also have the possibility to pick up the package directly at the carrier's office in your area.

How can I request an invoice?

What should I do if I receive a damaged product or a package in poor condition?

When you receive your package, it is very important that the packaging and the product are in perfect condition. Otherwise, you must not accept the delivery of this package unless you leave it notified at the time you receive it to later review it. If you check any incident, you must notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt, since we must inform the transport company and claim the damages.

For the claim, we will need you to send us an email with the photo of the box or damaged product through our mail.

For our part, we will make a replenishment immediately whenever we have stock. Otherwise, we will refund the damaged products.

What should I do if the product I have received is not the right one?

We do our best to ensure that you receive the products you have ordered correctly and do not fail. However, if you receive an item that is not the one purchased, please contact us and we will do our best to make a replacement and deliver the correct product.

How can I manage a warranty?

All products purchased from Commercial MC are covered by their warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and defects of poor workmanship. If you think your item has a fault, follow these steps:

Send us an email to indicating the following information:

  • Order number

  • Brief explanation of the problem

  • Product defect photo

We will contact the brand to manage the guarantee and we will inform you about the situation as soon as possible. The waiting time depends on the technical service of each brand. The decision to change or repair the item will depend exclusively on the brand.

If the brand claims the item, we will send you the label by email so that the return is free, informing you about the points closest to your home where you can leave the package.

If the warranty is accepted, we will deliver the new or repaired product to you without shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a warranty request in the event that the returned item has not arrived in accordance with the conditions indicated in our return policy.

Commercial MC does not cover the general wear and tear of garments, footwear, etc. Wet garments, products that give off a bad smell or items that cause physical discomfort will also not be accepted.

Damage caused by external factors will not be taken into account: friction, sharp objects, chemicals, etc.

After the initial 15-day period, Comercial MC reserves the right to repair/replace any defective product under warranty. All products repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered for the remaining period of the original product.
